• Personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

• Customized products made specifically according to customer requests.
• Products damaged due to improper use or care.
• Items returned without contacting our support team first.
• Items that do not meet the original condition requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production or shipping preparation may not be cancelled.
